ORDER ONLINE

Ordering artwork online through the website is as easy as 1-2-3:

1.  In the gallery “room” for each artist please scroll down the page to
    where the paintings are listed under PayPal.

2.  After reviewing our terms & conditions then Click the “Add to Cart”
    button adjacent to the painting you wish to purchase. This will take
    you to the page to purchase the painting.

3.  After making your selection either click the “Continue Shopping”
    button which will return you to the “Artist Page” or click the
    “Proceed to Checkout” button.

Note: Texas residents will be required to pay a sales tax which will be calculated at the time of “Checkout”.

PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED

We prefer PayPal. PayPal will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. (To set up a PayPal account go to “PayPal.com”.) We will ship merchandise 3 business days after receiving notification of a cleared payment. We accept personal checks or money orders. Contact us for our mailing address.

SHIPPING

Domestic shipping of all paintings ( oil on paper, pastels and watercolors) is a flat rate of $24.99 which includes packaging and insurance. Oil paintings that need to be crated will be charged a flat rate of $49.00 (which includes insurance) for domestic shipping in the continental USA. All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS standard shipping and insured at carrier’s rates. Transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.

RETURNS

All purchases are final. Due to the delicate nature of original art, we are unable to receive returns or exchanges. However, if the transit company damages a painting, buyer should notify seller within 3 days of receiving the damaged artwork so that an insurance claim may be processed.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your name, shipping address, and billing address are saved in our system when you set up an account. Your credit card information is not saved. We will never share your information with anyone.
